A native San Franciscan, Kevin Hsiao and his family moved to the Peninsula in the mid 1980's to enjoy the peaceful, slower paced suburban lifestyle. Growing up in a family where both of his parents are Realtors, Kevin has gained the knowledge and expertise needed to be successful first hand.  

Kevin has experience in commercial real estate, property management and residential real estate.  While in college Kevin did an Internship at BT Commercial and in a subdivision of the company that specializes in market trends of commercial properties throughout the Bay Area.He also worked in property management for several years in Southern California before returning to the Bay Area to pursue his true passion, residential and commercial real estate sales.

Regularly engaging with individuals from all aspects of life, and helping his clientele achieve their real estate goals, Kevin's reputation as a Realtor and Real Estate Investment Adviser has produced an evolving stream of referrals.  Kevin Hsiao's real estate business is not sales volume driven, but motivated by building long term relationships; a style proven to produce results.
